What a time to be alive! We swipe right to pick our ideal dating partner based solely on their looks and stats, we can find last minute accommodation simply by logging onto Airbnb and checking what’s nearby us and within our budget, we can order food with a few button clicks and now when we want to pick our ideal sperm donor all we need is to download an app, choose the attributes we’re looking for and the perfect candidate for the job will appear on the screen!
Everything has become like a game, but a very convenient, time and money saving game. Why waste time sitting down and going through piles of papers when all we need to do is simply make a few ticks on a mobile app instead?
Just like online banking – why would you bother taking time out of your day to queue, fill in papers in person when you can do almost everything with a click of a button? And why not look for the best sperm donor candidate on your app while you’re eating lunch in a cafe near your office, without even leaving your table (and your salad)?
Or you could be cuddled up to your significant other, wearing sweats, sharing Ben & Jerry’s and going over what eye and hair colour you’d prefer.
Whether you are a couple or a single independent woman, it’s all about convenience and efficiency. We’re all busy, we all have things to do and places to be so why not embrace the convenience these new technology advancements give us?
Though, what I want to know is how much each of these sperm donors get paid? Wouldn’t we all want to earn a few extra hundred pounds for giving away something that we don’t really need to hold onto anyway..? 🙂
